Two men suspected of abducting and killing an elderly Ohio couple have been indicted on charges including aggravated murder, kidnapping and robbery.

An indictment released Monday charges 29 -year-old Robert Clark with multiple counts of aggravated murder with death penalty specifications for using a gun. Twenty-one-year-old Jeffery Stewart's aggravated murder charges don't include those specifications.

They're charged in the slayings of 88-year-old Doyle Chumney and his 79-year-old wife, Lillian. The couple lived in Tuscarawas (tuhs-kuh-RAW'-uhs) County. They were reported missing Jan. 21, and their bodies were found in their badly burned car the next day.

Clark led authorities on a nationwide manhunt before his Feb. 5 arrest in Arizona.

Authorities have said both suspects have implicated themselves. No attorney information was available for the men.
