During the holidays there are always mouths to feed, presents to wrap, a house to clean, and cookies to bake. With all of those guests coming in and out of the house you don’t always have a lot of time to prep for breakfast.

Casseroles are a great dish to feed a lot of people at once and are a real time saver when things get hectic around this time of year. The best part about a breakfast dish like this is that you can throw most ingredients you have in your fridge into it- sausage, egg, and cheese is a great combo; as is salsa and peppers; or potatoes, cream cheese, and onion.

To really make it easy on yourself, breakfast casseroles can be cooked the night before and then just reheated in the morning- as they store really well. Serve them alongside fruit and orange juice for a complete, healthy, meal.

Save yourself the hassle of feeding a house full of guests during the holidays and bake up a nice breakfast casserole.
