Tampa, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Nick Foles will start at quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

Michael Vick will dress for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, but will be used as the emergency quarterback. Rookie quarterback Matt Barkley will also dress for the game.

Vick was listed as questionable on Friday's injury report with a hamstring injury. He left the Eagles' 36-21 win over the New York Giants last Sunday with the injury.

Vick has played in all 16 games only once in his career. It happened in 2006, his final year with the Falcons.

Foles' lone victory as a starter came last December at Tampa Bay. He heads into Sunday's contest with a 1-5 record as a starter.

Tight end James Casey (groin) is also inactive. Meanwhile, safety Patrick Chung is active after missing the past two games with a shoulder injury.
