Terry Crews credits abstaining from sex for 90 days with helping him reconnect with his wife, Rebecca Crews.

“Ninety days — no sex, all relationship, all talk, all cuddled,” he candidly said in an interview earlier this week. “I found that at the end of that 90 days I was more in love. More turned on. I knew who she was.”

The 47-year-old “Everybody Hates Chris” alum also got candid about bumps in his 25-year marriage, saying that at times he and Rebecca nearly parted ways.

“It was on the rocks a couple times,” he said. “It was sitting up there about broken and messed up.”

Crews also got very honest about his past addiction to pornography — for which he went to rehab. He’s also teamed up with a Utah organization “Fight the New Drug” to help others suffering from the same addiction.

“I realized the pornography was using people, you’re treating people like objects, you’re treating people wrong, you’re not looking at people as human beings,” he said. “You’re looking at them as objects to be used. And that affects the way you talk to people … you think everyone can be used.”
