Just call 2015 the year of Carrie Underwood. (Although, if we're being honest, couldn't every year be dubbed the same?)

The 32-year-old has already welcomed her first child with hubby Mike Fisher, nabbed (another) GRAMMY Award and a People's Choice Award in the last few months. Now, she's poised to take over the CMT Music Awards.

Underwood leads this year's pack of awards contenders with five nominations, and CMT announced on Tuesday that she'll also take the stage for her first televised performance since welcoming baby Isaiah in February.

Also on the docket to perform are Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean and Lady Antebellum, all of whom are nominated for awards.

It all goes down on Wednesday, June 10, at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, airing live on CMT. Additional performers and presenters will be announced in the coming weeks.
