It’s a rough day for Kelly Clarkson fans in Canada and the UK.

“I am truly sorry that I have to cancel the remainder of my tour dates,” she announced on her website on Wednesday. “I was so looking forward to sharing this tour with all my amazing fans in Canada and the UK. Unfortunately my doctor is telling me I have to stay on vocal rest, but I am working hard to get better as fast as possible.”

The expectant mom was set to bring her “Piece by Piece” tour to 10 Canadian locations, including Montreal, Vancouver and Ottawa. Then in November, she was set to hit Ireland, Scotland and England.

Refunds are being issued to ticketholders for the missed dates, but there was no notice about rescheduling the tour for the new year, either before or after she welcomes her second child.

Earlier on her tour, Clarkson, 33, cried on stage in Los Angeles and announced she was expecting baby No. 2 with husband Brandon Blackstock.

“This is not how I wanted to announce it, but I’m pregnant,” she said through her tears.

Clarkson and her husband welcomed their daughter River Rose in June 2014.
