'Eye of the Tiger' singer not OK with Huckabee using song

Survivor singer Frankie Sullivan is not happy that Mike Huckabee used his song "Eye of the Tiger" at a rally with Rowan County clerk Kim Davis.

The singer took to Facebook to express his outrage, writing, "NO! We did not grant Kim Davis any rights to use 'My Tune -The Eye Of The Tiger.'"

He added, "I would not grant her the rights to use Charmin! C'mom Mike, you are not The Donald but you can do better than that."

Davis spent five days in jail for refusing to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. She walked out of the Carter County Detention Center's front door Tuesday, arm-in-arm with her lawyer and Huckabee as thousands of supporters cheered and waved white crosses backed by a 150-voice church choir. Some in the crowd sang "Amazing Grace" and "God Bless America."

A rep for the band told TMZ they are "determined to protect the integrity of their music."
