SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (AP) — Tornadoes have been reported in Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Texas as storms made their way through the Midwest.

No injuries have been reported from Monday's storms, but officials say damage has been done to a handful of buildings, as well as some power lines, trees and sign posts.

The National Weather Service has not yet confirmed any of the twisters.

Jim Giles of the Red Cross' Greater Nebraska Panhandle chapter said the group is helping about 24 displaced residents after the roof of their apartment building in Scottsbluff was blown off.
