Plane crashes on Georgia golf course

One person has been confirmed dead after a plane crashed on Sunday at the Georgia Club golf course in Barrow County, FOX 5 Atlanta reported.

The pilot was killed when the plane crashed at the course's third hole, the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office told WSB-TV2.

Neither the pilot’s name nor the type of plane have been identified yet. It’s unclear if there were any additional injuries or what caused the plane to crash.
