A New Jersey man who was driving drunk when he caused an accident that killed three of his relatives has pleaded guilty to numerous charges, including aggravated manslaughter.

Killed in the crash were Luis Torres' mother-in-law, his 11-year-old stepdaughter and a niece who was five months pregnant.

Morris County prosecutors say Torres also pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of vehicular homicide and five counts of assault by auto. The 38-year-old faces up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced in May.

Prosecutors say Torres was driving to his Jersey City home from a birthday party barbecue in August 2013 when his sport utility vehicle overturned. Torres and five other people in the SUV were injured but have recovered.
