Police have identified a Massachusetts man who was killed in a drive-by shooting while visiting the grave of a close friend who was fatally shot in 2011.

Police say 22-year-old David Luyando was shot in the head Thursday night at Hope Cemetery in Worcester. The investigation is ongoing.

Luyando's aunt tells the Telegram & Gazette (http://bit.ly/1TUOLVA) Luyando was at the cemetery with three other family members to bring flowers to the grave of Javier Santiago.

Patricia Duddie says the Luyando and the others found Santiago's tombstone had disappeared. That's when people drove by in a car and fired shots at the group, hitting Luyando.

The death is Worcester's fourth homicide this year.
