CHICAGO – CHICAGO (AP) — In a May 21 story on a prison that Illinois plans to sell to the federal government, The Associated Press reported incorrectly that the Thomson Correctional Center had an average daily population of 144 inmates in its minimum-security unit. All remaining inmates were moved from the prison last month.
