An officer on Cleveland’s mounted unit said he saw a 17-year-old man strike another teen on the side of the head, dropping him to the ground Wednesday, so the officer decided to pursue the suspect the old-fashioned way: on horseback.
Fox8.com reported that two officers had to maneuver through a crowd but were able to track the suspect due to their high perch. One of the officers dismounted and followed the suspect onto a train and arrested for the alleged felonious assault, the report said.
The alleged victim was taken to a nearby hospital for a head injury.
