Authorities say at least 4 dead in apparent murder-suicide near Longmont, Colo.

LONGMONT, Colo. – Colorado authorities say at least four people have been found dead in an apparent murder-suicide near Longmont.

A police official who asked not to be identified because he was not authorized to speak about the investigation says the deaths were reported early Tuesday.

He says the bodies were found in a home in a subdivision east of Longmont, which is about 35 miles north of Denver.

Authorities say no other details are available and a news conference is planned later Tuesday.
