It’s been six months since Teresa Giudice has spoken out, but on Sunday she sent out a surprise tweet to her one million followers.

“Thank you everyone for all the cards, letters, and kind words of support I love, love, love you all xo T!,”tweeted the mother of four.

The 43-year-old “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star’s social media accounts went dark shortly before she reported to Danbury, Conn., where she’s been serving her sentence for fraud. Her last tweet was in support of her daughter, Gia’s, singing group 3KT.

And although she hasn’t been able to speak for herself, her family and friends have been chatting about her life behind bars.

According to her attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., she is adjusting well.

“She is helping to teach exercise classes,” he added back in April. “The women take turns leading classes and she has her little group, so once in a while she takes the lead.”

Even though Giudice is scheduled to return home this Christmas, it’s unclear if she’ll be going back to her family’s now famous home.

Husband Joe Giudice recently put their Towaco, New Jersey mansion back on the market for $2.9 million.

Joe is expected to begin serving his 41-month sentence in early 2016.
