When Sadie Robertson posted a video she made on YouTube she didn't expect her message of faith to go viral.

The "Duck Dynasty" star shared the video at the urging of her younger sister Bella.

"I mean, I just got out of the shower one day and I was in my pajamas laying in bed and I was like kind of preaching to myself," Robertson told GMA's Robin Roberts. "So I posted it, next thing I know I'm on 'Good Morning America' talking about it."

In the seven-minute long video, the 17-year-old spoke about her insecurities and how she leans on God to help her overcome her jealousy. She chose to not wear any makeup to show her fans her "real" side.

"I'm just going to be straight up honest with everything," Robertson said in the video that has more than 2 million views. "I struggle with jealousy, and I struggle with comparing myself to other people...I'm just like any other girl. I look in the mirror and I pick out a flaw."

She added, "I am 5-foot-7, I weigh 122 pounds, I wear a size 26 in jeans, a small or a medium top...I wear a size 2 in a dress, and I eat all the time I'm not toned. I don't have abs."

The "Dancing with the Stars" runner-up warned her fans not to look at others to find satisfaction. The Bible, she said, calls jealousy "cancer to the bones."

"Don't look at somebody and say 'that's what I want to be' because in reality, if you're seeking self-approval or human approval you're never gonna reach your goal. You can only reach it by God."

On GMA, Robertson defended her faith against those who don't share her views. She said she's proud of the way she lives her life and while she wants to encourage others, everyone has the right to believe what they choose.

"The thing is, it's like, God is my rock for me, and I'm not saying you have to live that way...but for me that's what gets me through life."
