At 2 a.m. EDT the center of Hurricane Norbert was located about 175 miles off Baja, Calif., and about 140 miles south-southwest of Cabo San Lazaro Mexico. Norbert is moving toward the north-northeast near 12 mph and this general motion is expected to continue Saturday night.
