Oregon Father Kills Self And 2 Daughters

JUNCTION CITY, Ore. -- Authorities in Oregon say a father apparently shot and killed his two girls, ages 7 and 9, before turning the gun on himself.

According to KEZI-TV, the Lane County sheriff's office confirmed the deaths in a house just outside Junction City.

Deputies say the shooting happened Sunday night or Monday morning.

The girls' mother went to pick them up from school and found out they hadn't been in class all day. She drove to the home and found it dark and locked. The mom alerted deputies, who broke into the house and found the bodies.
