Autopsy Reveals Rapper Found Burned in SUV Died From Gunshots

New Jersey prosecutors say an autopsy shows a fledgling New York City rapper whose burned body was found in an SUV in Paramus died of multiple gunshot wounds.

Rhian H. Stoute was found Tuesday in his 2001 Chevy Tahoe parked on a residential street.

The 33-year-old Brooklyn resident performed under the name Kampane.

Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli says a resident called police around 8 a.m. Tuesday to report a suspicious vehicle in the area. Officers responded and saw what appeared to be a body through the window.

Molinelli says the death has been ruled a homicide and the investigation is ongoing.
