ATLANTA-- The mother of a 12-year old runaway says he's been found and is safe.
Atlanta police say the boy took off from a psychiatric treatment facility in a stolen car Thursday.
He had been admitted to the Hillside Psychiatric Treatment Facility in midtown.
The mother said her son suffers from mood swings.
She also said this is the third time he's run away from a treatment center.
