Knicks rookie Shumpert hurts knee
New York, NY – New York Knicks rookie guard Iman Shumpert is to-4 weeks after spraining the medial collateral ligament in his right knee.
The 17th overall pick in this year's draft, Shumpert scored 11 points in 22 minutes, but left in the third quarter.
The Knicks are already hurting at the guard spot. Baron Davis is expected to miss 4-to-6 weeks due to a herniated disc in his back. Mike Bibby, who is suffering from back spasms, dressed but didn't play Sunday.
