Wes Scantlin, the singer of Puddle of Mudd, has once again landed himself in … a puddle of mud.
Scantlin, 43, was arrested for driving under the influence on Wednesday, reports TMZ.
The front man was pulled over in South Dakota, when officers suspected other elements were involved.
He was also charged with possession of marijuana and eventually released on $500 bail.
This is the second DUI arrest for Scantlin in the last month — he was booked on DWI charges in late July after being pulled over in Minnesota.
