Mexican singer Ana Bárbara will star in Juan Osorio’s new melodramatic/comedic telenovela “Una familia con suerte.”
La Reina Grupera will appear in the first chapter of the series, which debuts next month, according to entertainment website Celestrellas.com.
The soap opera, an adaptation from Argentine production “Los Roldán,” is about the adventures of two families who come from diverse social economic backgrounds.
Another musician joining Bárbara in this project is the rock star Alejandra Guzmán.
