Lewis sidelined with toe injury

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis saw his streak of 57 consecutive games played come to an end when he was deactivated for Sunday's game against Cincinnati because of a toe injury.

Lewis had been listed as questionable after missing practice all week. He had not missed a game since the 2007 season.

The 36-year-old veteran has 68 tackles, two sacks and an interception in nine games for Baltimore this season, his 16th in the NFL.
