Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy was sent home Thursday because of an illness, head coach Andy Reid said, while tight end Brent Celek missed practice because of a hip injury.

Reid said McCoy didn't practice because of a stomach flu and Celek sat out with a hip contusion.

Linebacker Akeem Jordan also missed practice because he hasn't passed his concussion test, but Reid said Jordan "is doing very well and feels good."

The Eagles have won two straight and are gearing up for a Monday night game against the Chicago Bears at home.
