Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Hanley Ramirez left in the bottom of the seventh inning in the team's game against the Chicago Cubs.

Ramirez caught David DeJesus' pop up in foul territory on the third-base side. After making the catch, Ramirez continued into Wrigley Field's brick wall, and left the game holding his shoulder, which he appeared to injure after falling over the wall into the stands.

The 29-year-old Ramirez was 0-for-2 Sunday with a walk and a run scored and owns a .361 average in 54 games this season.

Ramirez already has two stints on the disabled list this season due to a thumb injury and a pulled hamstring.

Nick Punto replaced Ramirez at shortstop.
