Miles Dixon scored 21 points, Jerran Young added 19 and Wright State pulled away from a 21-21 tie at halftime to beat Miami (Ohio) 67-59 on Wednesday.

Dixon made 11 of 12 from the free-throw line and Young hit 11 of 14. The Raiders (8-3) were 30 of 38 from the line.

Allen Roberts led Miami (3-6) with 15 points, and Jon Harris scored 10.

The Redhawks outshot the Raiders from the field 42.6 percent (20 of 47) to 34 percent (17 of 50) and from the 3-point line 44.4 percent (8 of 18) to 23.1 percent (3 of 13), but they committed 31 personal fouls and shot only 11 of 21 from the line.

Wright State led only 34- 31 midway through the second half, but Reggie Arceneaux hit a 3-pointer for a 43-34 advantage with 7 minutes left and the Raiders held on.
