Bruins hang on late, topple Senators

David Krejci, Brad Marchand and Carter Camper also scored for the Bruins, who completed a six-game road trip at 3-2-1 and moved five points ahead of Ottawa for top spot in the Northeast Division.

Tim Thomas made 27 saves for the win.

Daniel Alfredsson scored a pair of late goals for the Senators, whose four- game win streak came to an end. Jason Spezza notched three assists and Erik Karlsson added a goal and two helpers in defeat.

Alex Auld allowed four goals on 37 shots in the loss.
