The Denver Broncos have agreed to terms with linebacker Joe Mays on a new contract.

Terms of the contract were not released.

Mays has spent the last two years with the Broncos after coming over in a trade from the Philadelphia Eagles prior to the 2010 season.

He appeared in all 16 games with 13 starts for Denver last season, recording 75 tackles.

Through 41 career games -- 19 starts -- with Philadelphia and Denver, Mays has 133 tackles and one forced fumble.
