Anne Marie Armstrong scored 15 points, Khaalidah Miller added 13 and No. 15 Georgia opened with a 30-2 run to easily beat Mississippi 61-47 on Sunday.

Jasmine Hassell added 11 points and Meredith Mitchell had 10 for the Lady Bulldogs (16-4, 5-2 Southeastern Conference), who forced 12 turnovers and harassed Ole Miss into 25.9 percent (7 for 27) shooting in the opening half.

The Rebels (12-8, 2-5) went nearly 12 minutes in the first half without converting a basket, and they trailed 43-15 at the break.

Valencia McFarland and Tia Faleru each scored 13 points for Ole Miss.
