The niece of a woman who lived next door to Stephen Collins is speaking out for the first time, saying Collins exposed himself to her repeatedly when she was 13 years old.

April Price said she first met the "7th Heaven" actor when she visited her aunt's Los Angeles home.

"I was visiting my aunt," Price told the DailyMail. "She was an executive producer in Los Angeles. She lived in a walled-in, gated community of apartment complexes and her apartment was kitty corner to Mr Collins."

Price was excited to discover Collins was her aunt's neighbor because she was a fan of a show he starred on called "The Tales of the Gold Monkey." When she worked up the courage to ask for the actor's autograph, Collins promised to get her one.

"One day I was in kitchen cooking breakfast and I look up and I see Mr. Collins walking through the courtyard, right in front of my aunt's big bay window," Price told the publication. "He was completely naked. He had no clothes on whatsoever."

When she mentioned the incident to a neighbor, they explained the interaction away by saying he had just been filming in France. Price accepted the explanation, and when a few days later she needed help setting up an Atari game console in her aunt's home, she invited Collins in to help her.

Price said Collins exposed himself to her there and she "decided to play along" and "act like it was not out."

"Honestly, I was 13 and haven't even kissed a boy yet. This was not something I was even remotely prepared for in my life and I shut down."

Price said made no mention of the incident to her aunt and when Collins exposed himself to her a third time she felt "flattered" and thought "he's a nice guy."

But when Collins stripped down completely when she was in his apartment, the then 13-year-old knew something was wrong.

"I remember I just sat there on his couch as tight as I can be. Arms together, legs together. I'm thinking to myself, 'Oh my gosh, oh my God.'"

Price's said her aunt came walking by the window at that exact moment and she thought, "There's my out. Gotta go. Bye.'" Although Price did not tell her aunt that Collins had been naked, she said her aunt was still "livid" that the two were alone together in his apartment.

News of the actor's misconduct arose when a tape of a private therapy session with his now ex-wife Faye Grant were he admitted to exposing himself to 3 underage girls leaked on TMZ.

"Forty years ago, I did something terribly wrong that I deeply regret,” the once-squeaky-clean star stated. “I have been working to atone for it ever since. I've decided to address these issues publicly because two months ago, various news organizations published a recording made by my then-wife, Faye Grant, during a confidential marriage therapy session in January, 2012. This session was recorded without the therapist's or my knowledge or consent."
