NBC has picked up its sixth new series for the 2010-11 season, the romantic comedy Perfect Couples, the network announced Wednesday.

The show, from executive producers Jon Pollack (30 Rock) and Scott Silveri (Friends), revolves around three very different couples in search of the perfect relationship.

"Jon and Scott are hugely talented writer-producers and they've really delivered with Perfect Couples," NBC Prime-time Entertainment President Angela Bromstad said. "The comedy includes a cast of three distinctive couples who share the same issues and will draw viewers in with their relatable stories."

The series, starring Kyle Howard and Christine Woods, is the second new NBC project to pull from the cast of the TBS hit My Boys (star Jordana Spiro's new show, Love Bites, was picked up last week). Woods stars on FlashForward and is still tied to the struggling ABC series should it be picked up for a second season.

Perfect Couples also stars Mary Elizabeth Ellis (It's Always Sunny in Phildelphia), Olivia Munn (Attack of the Show), David Walton and Hayes MacArthur.

The comedy joins previously announced pickups Love Bites, Chase, Undercovers, The Event and Outsourced.
