Bobby Flay and Stephanie March have finalized their nasty divorce after months of tense negotiations.

The celebrity chef and the “Law & Order: SVU” actress split in March, and The Post revealed the following month that he was having an affair with a young aide. March discovered late last year that the Food Network star had for three years been seeing 28-year old Elyse Tirrell, who worked as a hostess at the chef’s Bar Americain in Midtown and became his assistant.

But Flay, who was also linked to his fellow Food Network chef Giada de Laurentiis after they were spotted dining together on the eve of her divorce announcement, has denied cheating on his wife of 10 years.

Flay, who has homes in Manhattan and the Hamptons, is worth an estimated $20 million. And while there was a pre-nup in place from their 2005 wedding under which Flay is to pay her $5,000 a month, the couple battled in court over money and property.

Flay, 50, and March, 40, who have no children, said in a joint statement Friday, “We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward.” Their reps were not immediately available for further comment.

The couple clashed in court appearances, including one in May where March grilled Flay for bringing his publicist to the proceedings, despite a judge’s order not to discuss the case.

Meanwhile, his big moment, when he got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, was ruined in June when a banner screaming “Cheater” was flown from a plane high above.
