A Minneapolis Pizza Hut employee was arrested on suspicion of third-degree burglary after he allegedly broke into his own store and was found to be FWI – frying while intoxicated.

Early Friday morning, the 21-year-old tripped the alarm of the business, after which officers arrived and found the restaurant’s back door open, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reports.

Police discovered that the employee turned on the store’s deep fryer and attempted to fry boneless chicken wings, some of which were strewn across the floor.

After taking a breath test, his blood-alcohol level was found to be .22 – nearly three times the legal limit in Minnesota.
