N'Gai Evans' layup with 4 seconds left capped a game-closing 8-0 run as Wright State edged Wisconsin-Green Bay 63-61 Friday night.

The Raiders (14-8, 7-3 Horizon League) trailed 61-55 before Cole Darling and Vance Hall hit back-to-back 3 pointers to tie it at 61 with 58 seconds left. Then Evans came through.

Vaughn Duggins scored 19 points and Darling had three 3-pointers among his 12 points for Wright State.

Rahmon Fletcher and Alec Brown led the Phoenix (11-11, 5-5) with 12 points apiece, and Jarvis Williams scored 11.

Brown also grabbed a game-high nine rebounds and blocked six shots, giving the 7-foot-1 freshman 50 blocks and breaking the school single-season record of 47. Fletcher had game bests of six assists and three steals.

The score was tied nine times, the lead changed hands 11 times and neither team ever led by more than seven.
