Stanford women clinch outright Pac-12 title

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Chiney Ogwumike filled the box score with 26 points, 15 rebounds and five blocks as No. 5 Stanford beat UCLA 65-56 to clinch the outright Pac-12 regular season title.

Amber Orrange added 13 points for the Cardinal (26-2, 15-1 Pac-12), who held UCLA to 31.6 percent shooting and forced 18 turnovers.

Nirra Fields led the Bruins (12-16, 6-10) with 24 points.

Stanford ended the first half on an 11-2 run to take a 29-25 lead into the break and never trailed from there, leading by at least seven over the final 10-plus minutes.
