Columbus, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Ohio State senior quarterback Braxton Miller reportedly reinjured his right shoulder in practice Monday.
The Columbus Dispatch reports it's an injury that could cause Miller to miss the upcoming season.
The two-time defending Big Ten offensive player of the year Miller threw for 2,094 yards, 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions and added 1,068 yards and 12 scores on the ground last season.
A source told the newspaper Miller, who had offseason shoulder surgery, suffered the injury while throwing a routine pass. Media reports indicate Miller will have an MRI Tuesday morning.
Ohio State will head into its season opener Aug. 30 at Navy ranked No. 5 in the country and could have redshirt freshman J.T. Barrett under center.
