Billy Ragone threw two touchdowns and rushed for another to help Pennsylvania take down Harvard 30-21 and clinch at least a share of the 2012 Ivy League title.

Ragone, who also rushed for 95 yards, completed 9 of 10 passes and paced a Quaker (5-4, 5-4) offense that rushed for 227 yards and held possession for five minutes longer (32:51-27:09) than its opponent.

Penn took a 21-14 lead into halftime and pushed that advantage to 28-14 behind backup quarterback Andrew Holland's 18-yard touchdown pass to Mitchell King. It was the eighth straight game that both Ragone and Holland took snaps at quarterback for Penn.

Harvard (7-2, 4-2) cut the deficit to 28-21 behind Colton Chapple's lone touchdown pass of the day. Harvard had the chance to tie the game but Chapple was sacked three straight times — with the third resulting in a safety — on the Crimson's final possession.
