East Rutherford, NJ – The New Jersey Nets signed forward Dennis Horner to a 10-day contract on Friday.
In 25 games -- 20 starts -- with Springfield of the NBA Development League this season, Horner averaged 17.0 points and 8.5 rebounds.
Horner, who signed with the Nets prior to training camp in December, appeared in five games with the team earlier this year and scored four points in 16 minutes of action.
