Robert Olson scored 12 points, including the last five in overtime, and a 3 to get it there to help Loyola (Md.) 88-85 on Sunday.

Tied at 84-84 after Iona's Scott Machado made 1 of 2 free throws, Olson's layup put the Greyhounds (11-10, 7-4 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) up for good with 41 seconds left to play.

Iona's Jamal Jenkins missed a jumper and Machado again went 1 for 2 from the foul line to make it 85-86 with 20 seconds remaining. Olson then made both his free throws to seal the Greyhounds seventh win in nine games.

Brian Rudolph added 19 points in 44 minutes as one of six double figure scorers for Loyola. J'hared Hall had 15 points, Justin Drummond 14 and Dylon Cormier and Erik Etherly added 12 each for the Greyhounds.

Mike Glover scored 22 and Machado finished with 19 for Iona (13-9, 7-4), which lost its third straight by a total of seven points.
