Adnan Hodzic scored 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds and Lipscomb pulled away in the second half to beat Stetson 82-62 on Friday night.

The Bisons (13-8, 8-4 Atlantic Sun Conference) won their third straight game and fourth of their past five.

After Lipscomb led 33-26 at halftime, the Hatters (6-16, 4-7) opened the second half with a Corey Walden 3-pointer to get within four. Hodzic answered with a jumper, then Steve Forbes made a layup for 35-31.

A 12-4 run, capped by a Hodzic three-point play, put the Bisons into double figures for good.

Lipscomb shot 58.6 percent from the field in the second half (17 of 29) to finish at 51.7 percent (31 of 60). The Bisons also outrebounded Stetson 37-32.

Jordan Burgason added 15 points and Josh Slater had 10 for Lipscomb, which had 11 of 13 players score.

Luis Jacobo scored 14 to lead Stetson and Forbes had 13.
