A Georgia spokesman says Washaun Ealey is still on the team following reports the tailback has been indefinitely suspended.

ESPN.com reported coach Mark Richt indefinitely suspended Ealey from offseason team activities after Ealey failed to show up for disciplinary running. Ealey confirmed his suspension to the Macon Telegraph on Tuesday.

Georgia spokesman Claude Felton said Tuesday Ealey "is still here and still on the team." Felton would not confirm the suspension.

Ealey and running backs coach Bryan McClendon did not return messages to The Associated Press.

Ealey led the Bulldogs with 811 yards rushing as a sophomore in 2010. He was suspended for one game following his arrest for driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.
