Ken Horton had his eighth double-double of the season and Central Connecticut State routed Robert Morris 80-58 on Saturday night.

Horton finished with 30 points and 10 rebounds for his fifth double-double in the past six games. It was the fourth time in his career the junior has scored at least 30 points in a game.

Leading 51-48 at the 10-minute mark, the Blue Devils went on a 27-6 run for 78-54 lead with 2:20 to play.

The Blue Devils made 22 of 25 free throws in the second half and shot 88.6 percent from the line (31 of 35) for the game.

Shemik Thompson added 16 points and Robby Ptacek had 12 for the Blue Devils (16-7, 9-3 Northeast Conference), who won their sixth in a row and beat Robert Morris at home for the first time since the 2003-04 season.

Lawrence Bridges and Gary Wallace each scored 12 for the Colonials (10-13, 6-6).
