Sheffield, England (SportsNetwork.com) - Kell Brook took down Jo Jo Dan in four rounds on Saturday to retain his IBF world welterweight title.
Brook (34-0) hadn't been in the ring since getting stabbed in the leg back in September of 2014. He beat Shawn Porter to defend his title last August.
Brook knocked Dan to the ground twice in the second round and two more times in the fourth before Dan's corner pulled him from the fight.
This was Dan's third defeat in 37 professional fights.
