It’s a big truck, with a low profile. That is, unless you’re driving it in the snow.

Ram is adding a Black appearance package to its heavy duty pickups, at a starting price of $43,335.

Inspired by the popular Ram 1500 Black Express and Dodge Blacktop series cars, the 2500 and 3500 trucks are stripped of shiny stuff, with a black finish used on the aluminum wheels, grille bumpers and Ram’s head badges. Only the red and sliver Cummins logo on diesel-powered pickups remains.

The package also includes projector beam headlamps with black bezels, a backup camera and parking sensors, so you can see where you’re going even if others can’t.

The Black package isn’t available on a dually, but can be ordered with two or four-wheel-drive in crew and mega cab styles  across the Big Horn, Lone Star and Laramie trim levels.
