What’s hot? What’s trending? What’s coming out in the world of apps? Hard-core Apple are abuzz about the Grand Central Terminal store the company opened Friday morning, but when it comes to Apple products, software takes center stage too.

Before the new store opened, FoxNews.com got a special one-on-one app demo from Apple’s Michael Tchao, vice president of product development for the iPad.
