Two-time champion Vera Zvonareva and round winners Wednesday at the $220,000 Pattaya Open tennis tournament.

The top-seeded Zvonareva moved on with a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Uzbekistan's Akgul Amanmuradova on the hardcourts at Dusit Resort Pattaya. Zvonareva captured back-to-back titles in Pattaya City in 2009 and 2010.

Up next for the former Wimbledon and U.S. Open runner-up will be seventh- seeded Romanian Sorana Cirstea, who handled Japan's Misaki Doi 6-2, 6-2.

The fourth-seeded Kirilenko rallied from a set down to beat Australian Anastasia Rodionova 2-6, 6-3, 7-6 (7-3). Kirilenko will meet Tamarine Tanasugarn in the quarterfinals after the Thai veteran posted a 7-6 (9-7), 6-3 win over qualifier Kai-Chen Chang of Taipei.

The 2012 Pattaya City champion will collect $37,000.
