The Sixers got off to a slow start, falling behind by eight in the first quarter before battling back to pull even at 20 after 12 minutes.

Philadelphia then shot 52.2 percent in the second quarter, and a Lou Williams three-pointer put the visitors up 52-43 at halftime.

New Jersey opened the third quarter on a 7-2 run, but Philadelphia built its first double-digit lead, 61-51, on Nikola Vucevic's tip-in off an Elton Brand miss.

The advantage grew to 82-64 on two Lou Williams free throws inside the frame's final minute, and the outcome was never in doubt as the Sixers led by as many as 23 in the fourth quarter.
