Syracuse DE Jones to enter 2012 NFL Draft

Syracuse, NY – Syracuse defensive end Chandler Jones announced Friday he will forgo his senior season and enter the 2012 NFL Draft.

Jones, a 2011 All-Big East First Team selection, finished his career with 147 tackles, seventh all-time among Syracuse defensive linemen.

Over seven games in 2011, Jones registered 38 tackles and 4.5 sacks. He missed five games with a lower body injury.
