The day we've all been waiting for may just be around the corner. According to Stephen A. Smith, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's four-game suspension for his involvement in the Deflategate situation will likely be upheld by the NFL.

Smith didn't name his sources or say where the report was coming from, so nothing is certain as of now. But the fact that there are rumblings about the NFL upholding Brady's suspension, nixing any negotiations with the NFLPA, shows that the ruling should come soon.

If Brady's suspension is kept at four games, you can expect Brady and the NFLPA to take the league to court, with the hopes of winning that battle. In the event that Brady is unable to win his probably lawsuit against the NFL, he would be eligible to return in Week 6 against the Indianapolis Colts.
